We offer menus that meet the nutrition requirements of the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs, and the Texas Public School Nutrition Policy. These government-sponsored programs mandate nutrition designed for the growth and development of healthy children. Calories, nutrients, and fat are among the information monitored in all of our meals.

While all of our school lunches feature hot entrée items, for the convenience of each school, we also have sack lunches available for field trips and picnic-style eating, and special breakfast and lunch menus designed for in-the-classroom serving and eating.
